The derive began by seeing the church, the huge open facade in contrast to the backyard with dense vegetation, different trees created a collage of leaves in the foliage, but due to density there were a lot of mosquitoes and big red ants which made us move from there. The school besides intrigued us as we saw a farm in the front yard. Kids practice cultivation as a part of the curriculum. The next we observed were the streets which were engulfed in vegetation on either side. The facades and the compound walls of the house were getting blurred due to potted plants and naturally grown vegetation. On the streets we even observed spaces with dense vegetation which was accessible but due to big mosquitoes and red ants we prevented from visiting them.

Among one such was a house located in between backwaters which had an interesting shelter for the dog in the water. We noticed a big stone wall with a small plant in the process of growth, wooden branches created a boundary in between which the plant was kept. Walking ahead we came across an island which was interesting with the visual from a distance, the pathway to the island was dynamic as it was narrow with water on either sides, and even made of different materials. We then went to the jetty where the soundscape of water dashing and ferry was intriguing. When we took a ride the way the birds had aligned themselves on the chinese fishing net was peculiar.
